Job summary

Adyen in Sydney is seeking a Platforms Enterprise Account Manager to educate and lead partners through growth on the Adyen for Platforms solution. You’ll focus on global SaaS platforms and marketplaces, building long-lasting relationships and activating new revenue streams beyond payments processing.

You’ll drive strategic conversations, manage multiple projects across departments, and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Risk, Finance and Product teams to integrate Adyen's payments solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as account management or consulting in payments or SaaS.
• Experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to build strong relationships across management levels and global teams.
• Proven capability to lead strategic payments conversations and provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering payment guidance and fostering trust.
• Prioritise and execute on projects across multiple accounts with varying timelines.
• Drive commercial discussions while meeting strategic and financial targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and navigate organisations across cultures and time zones.
• Champion customer feedback internally to influence product and strategy.
