Job summary

ASHM is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead, Platforms to oversee the development and continual improvement of its digital platforms, including the website network, LMS and MyASHM Profile. You will partner with the UX Designer and technical teams to ensure user-focused, well-governed and sustainable platforms.

This permanent, full-time role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney and involves driving product roadmaps, managing integrations, and ensuring accessibility, privacy and data retention across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Product Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years’ experience in digital product management or delivery roles.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs for web-based platforms.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and LMS or member profiles with CRM integrations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs and platform integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with WCAG, privacy principles and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to document requirements and communicate options to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive ASHM’s digital product roadmap for websites, LMS and MyASHM Profile.
• Prioritize backlog balancing user needs, business objectives and platform sustainability.
• Define requirements using data, analytics and stakeholder insights.
• Lead platform projects from discovery to release and manage timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate testing, releases and stakeholder communications across project lifecycles.
• Champion user-centered design and collaborate with the UX Designer on improvements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and vendors to align delivery outcomes.
