ASHM is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead, Platforms to oversee its website network, LMS and MyASHM Profile. You will steer the product roadmap, coordinate with the UX designer, technical team and divisions to deliver user‑focused, accessible and sustainable platforms.

You bring 5–7 years of digital product management, strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive, data‑driven approach to improve digital experiences while balancing business priorities and technical realities.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of digital product management, project delivery or a combined product and delivery role.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs for web platforms.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and privacy requirements.

Mansioni

• Own and drive the digital product roadmap for ASHM’s websites, LMS and MyASHM Profile.
• Prioritise the product backlog balancing user needs, business objectives and platform sustainability.
• Define requirements using data, analytics and stakeholder insights.
