ASHM Health in Sydney seeks a Digital Delivery Lead to oversee ASHM’s websites, LMS and MyASHM Profile, ensuring user-focused platforms aligned with strategy. You will partner with UX, technical teams and divisions to deliver sustainable, accessible solutions.

You bring 5–7 years in digital product management, with strong stakeholder engagement, Jira/Agile experience and a track record of delivering multi-site platforms in a nonprofit context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Product Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in digital product management, project delivery or a combined product and delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs for web-based platforms.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and LMS or member profile platforms with CRM integrations.
• Proven ability to deliver digital projects within agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs and platform integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the digital product roadmap for ASHM’s websites, LMS and MyASHM Profile.
• Prioritise the product backlog balancing user needs, business objectives and platform sustainability.
• Define product requirements using data, analytics and stakeholder insights.
• Lead platform governance and technical decisions with the team.
• Coordinate testing, releases and stakeholder communications through the project lifecycle.
