About You

You're someone who understands what good service delivery looks like and enjoys working at the point where customer needs and platform capability come together. You're comfortable speaking with developers, platform teams, and customer stakeholders, and you know how to turn conversations into clear priorities and practical outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

• Experience in service delivery, service performance, platform ownership or product ownership, ideally supporting complex customer environments.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow as a platform, ideally with administration-level knowledge or hand-on experience that helps you lead platform conversations with confidence.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded, particularly where they show platform ownership, administration, ITSM delivery, or governance capability, such as ServiceNow Certified Platform Owner.
• A customer-first approach, with a clear focus on service quality, platform performance, governance, reporting, demand management and ongoing improvement.
• The confidence to work with technical and non-technical people, including developers, platform teams, service delivery teams and customer stakeholders.
