Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a seasoned Product Leader for the Customer Core & Entitlements platform. You will build and coach a team of Product Managers and shape discovery, prioritisation, delivery and measurement for a platform relied upon by many product teams.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Banking divisions to ensure the roadmap aligns with customer data and entitlements strategy. You will operate within a regulated environment, including APRA CPS 234 and privacy/governance

Qualifications

Data-driven approach to product management and measuring impact.
Experience turning platform capability into real customer and employee value.
Extensive leadership of product teams and development of product managers.
Strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

Build and coach a team of Product Managers; define discovery, prioritisation, delivery and measurement.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Operations and Engineering.
Set strategic direction for customer data and entitlements platform; ensure alignment with broader strategy.
Communicate direction clearly across the organisation and adapt to regulatory requirements (APRA CPS 234).
Champion the use of AI across discovery, design and engineering to enhance outcomes.
