Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head the content platform team. You will guide design, code reviews, and production support while steering the active migration and modernisation programme.

Collaborate with Product and engineering teams to shape the platform's future, mentor engineers, and drive platform reliability in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content management or content platform engineering.
• Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team responsible for the content platform.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product and engineering teams to shape the platform’s future.
• Guide migration and modernisation programmes while ensuring reliability.
• Mentor engineers and help the team plan and deliver work.
