Reg Latter Electrical Pty Ltd trading as RLE Electrical & Energy is seeking a reliable Plant Operator / Level 1 Labourer to join our hands-on civil and electrical construction team. The role supports Level 1 overhead and underground electrical projects, with emphasis on plant operation, material handling and safe site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting Level 1 overhead/underground electrical projects.
• General heavy fleet maintenance experience (excavators, tippers).
• Willingness to obtain licences and additional competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with plant and equipment on Level 1 projects.
• Assist with overhead/underground electrical works and site tasks.
• Support fleet maintenance for heavy vehicles and other plant.
• Carry out basic mechanical repairs and maintenance as required.
• Assist stores operations, material handling, and keep areas safe.
