Stralis Energy is seeking a Labourer/Excavator Operator to join our West Ballina team on the North Coast of NSW. The role involves assisting with conduits, pits, and cables for electrical and NBN works, alongside general site tasks and fleet maintenance.

A proactive, safety-focused individual who can adapt to various tasks will thrive in this position. Essential: Driver's licence and White card; HR licence desirable or obtainable; Forklift licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation of conduits, pits, cables for electrical and NBN in subdivisions and other electrical installations.
• Assist with maintenance and cleaning of fleet vehicles.
• Assist trades with other work and tasks required.
• Liaise with managers and staff.
• Be flexible to jump between tasks and undertake other duties as needed.

We offer a comprehensive range of Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 works (Essential Energy Network) being Solar, Engineering and Electrical Distribution Services to the Electrical industry, specialising in Complex Commercial and Industrial projects.

We are currently looking for a Labourer/Excavator Operator to join our team in West Ballina.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, motivated person who prides themselves on being efficient and getting the job done.

• Assisting installation of conduits, pits, cables for electrical and NBN in subdivisions and other electrical installations
• Assisting with the maintenance and cleaning of all fleet vehicles
• Assisting trades with other work and tasks required
• Liaising with company managers and other staff Personnel Attributes
• Flexibility to jump between tasks
• Willingness to undertake other tasks where required

The position is to work locally on the North Coast - depot based in West Ballina.
