Job summary

Boral is seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Member for our Eagle Farm team. You will operate mobile asphalt equipment and perform general hand labour to deliver high‑quality surfacing works.

This role requires availability across various shifts, a safety‑first mindset, and a strong teamwork ethic. A MR licence or plant tickets are advantageous, and White Card is essential for site access.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing is preferred.
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday and nights as required.
• Current heavy vehicle licence (MR) or plant operation tickets are advantageous.
• White card holder.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)


• Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required


• Current heavy vehicle driver's licence (MR) or any plant operation tickets will be highly regarded


• White card


• Proven ability to work well within a team environment
