Job summary

Boral Asphalt in Victoria is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee asphalt laying operations across the region. You will manage the asphalt crew, optimise safety, drive site productivity and ensure delivery of projects to high standards.

In this role you will coordinate daily operations, monitor equipment and material use, communicate with clients, and mentor team members to build a capable, safety‑minded crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Asphalt Foreman.
• White Card (General Construction Induction) held.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate an asphalt crew to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate daily operations including equipment usage, material delivery, scheduling and reporting.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies on site.
• Conduct quality control checks during and after paving.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Train and mentor crew members.

Boral are on the lookout for an experience Foreman to oversee our Asphalt laying operations across Victoria.

Your primary responsibility in this role will be to oversee the Asphalt Crew, which involves managing team performance, emphasising safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence.

As a Foreman, you will focus on developing your crew and ensuring the delivery of projects with an industry-leading service.

Your day will involve:

• Lead, manage, and motivate an asphalt crew to complete projects on time and within budget
