Job summary

ADM in Komárom, Hungary, seeks an organized Plant & Operations Administrator to support the Plant Manager and leadership team, assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, and contribute to improvement projects. The role offers broad exposure to plant processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You will coordinate reports, procurement docs, and administrative activities while learning how a manufacturing site operates, through Lean initiatives and performance excellence programs.

Qualifications

• Secondary or university degree in business, engineering, or logistics is preferred.
• Experience in administrative, coordinator or assistant roles; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English; proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Leadership by preparing presentations, materials and minutes.
• Coordinate travel, expenses, visits and internal events.
• Prepare inventory, production and operations reports.
• Assist with procurement documentation and supplier records.
• Maintain plant procedures, SOPs and controlled documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and EHS teams on admin tasks.
