You will oversee safety, quality, scheduling, inventory, and supplier materials while reporting performance regularly. A proactive, self-motivated team player who communicates well at all levels is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Leadership and decision-making abilities, with teamwork focus.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Microsoft computer literacy across all programs.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency.
• Maintain Quality Assurance and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Oversee production of premium quality products and best customer service.
• Implement and maintain best practice plant hygiene and maintenance standards at the site.
• Adhere to Environmental management practices and regulations.
• Manage efficient production scheduling and planning to fully utilize plant capabilities.
• Manage inventory control system incorporating accurate stock takes and full traceability of raw material usage.
• Manage the supply of all materials into the site.
• Report on actual performance results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
