Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll inputs, attendance systems, and labour relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the plant and multi-location sites.
• Ensure statutory compliances and handle industrial relations including union matters.
• Drive employee engagement, CSR initiatives, and learning & development programs.
• Support country HR initiatives like R&R policy, medical and insurance programs, and policy rollouts.
