Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty is seeking a Finance Plant Administrator I for the M6 Stage 1 Project in Sydney to manage plant-related costs, Capex claims, PO/invoice processing, asset records and financial reporting on site. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, Project Controls and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and compliance across the project’s plant and equipment operations.

This full-time, site-based role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure finance and opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline is highly regarded.
• Experience in finance administration, plant administration or project administration.
• Knowledge of capex, asset management and cost control principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant-related purchase orders, invoices and supplier accounts.
• Process and reconcile plant expenditure, equipment costs and operational charges.
• Assist with Capital Expenditure (Capex) claims and cost reporting.
• Monitor budgets and provide cost-tracking support to project teams.
• Maintain plant asset registers and cost allocation records.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting for plant activities.
• Support forecasting, accruals and cost reconciliations.
