Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all administrative processes supporting student placements across initial teacher education programs.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with schools and establish links with new schools.
• Primary contact for placement enquiries, resolving issues and providing timely advice to students, staff and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with schools to address queries and maintain partnerships while developing new ones.
• Maintain accurate database records on all aspects of professional experience placements, including reports and results.
• Provide guidance and support to students on placement-related matters and collaborate with academic coordinators and the Director.
• Process payments for supervisors and mentors and assist in organising professional development programs for school and tertiary mentors.
