Job summary

Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd is seeking a Coordinator of Field Placements to support Social Work programs, including the Masters of Social Work, across Australia. You will ensure students are prepared academically and practically for placements and oversee regulatory compliance.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, you will lead placement induction, oversee assessments, and drive continuous professional development while collaborating with external agencies to maximise student success.

Qualifications

• Post-graduate qualification in Social Work and eligibility for professional bodies.
• At least 3 years' post-qualification industry experience.
• Willingness to undertake 20 hours CPD annually.
• Strong theory-to-practice understanding in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of current, relevant material for fieldwork placements.
• Oversee the assessment process to align with learning outcomes and AE standards.
• Engage in professional development to enhance teaching quality.
• Deliver placement induction programs and ensure students meet placement requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from agencies to enhance onboarding and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold WHS policies and incident resolution.
