Acknowledge Education on Sydney's Oxford Street Campus is seeking a Fieldwork Placement Supervisor for a full-time role. The position focuses on supporting Community Services students during fieldwork, coordinating with placement providers, the Course Coordinator, and Placement Team to ensure successful experiences.

You’ll build partnerships with industry and community partners, supervise student progress, and help meet assessment expectations while maintaining accurate records and delivering

Formación

• Post-Graduate Degree in area related to community work or social services.
• Minimum three years of practical experience in community services after qualification.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in higher education, student placements, or workplace learning.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, placement providers, and community stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between students, host organisations, and the College during placements.
• Conduct placement liaison meetings to monitor progress and address concerns.
• Support students with placement requirements, learning goals, and assessment expectations.
• Assess and grade placement-related student work.
• Identify and escalate placement issues to ensure timely support and intervention.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
