Job summary

W3Global in Sydney is seeking a experienced Piling Supervisor to lead on-site teams on piling operations. You will oversee crews, coordinate activities and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will monitor progress, report to project managers, and mentor less experienced crew members while maintaining thorough records and complying with environmental and health and safety regulations.

Job description

This is a full-time role, you will play a critical supervisory and leadership role on construction sites in Sydney and beyond, overseeing piling operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating piling crews, delegating tasks and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Monitoring construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Liaising with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced piling crew members
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to piling activities

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Piling Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of piling techniques, equipment and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams
