ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Construction Manager based anywhere in Australia for a FIFO role to WA with a top‑tier piling contractor. This role will oversee a large mining project with the piling package valued at over $70M.

• Permanent Full‑time
• FIFO to project site in WA.

Main Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of piling and civil construction activities on‑site.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
• Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to optimise site productivity.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the project team.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience running large piling projects with more than 6 rigs.
• Strong knowledge of piling methodologies (CFA, bored, driven, Secant walls) and ground improvement works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
• $150k–180k base + super + vehicle (negotiable based on experience)
