Job summary

Framework Search & Select Pty Ltd is seeking Piling Rig Operators to work on piling and ground engineering projects in Sydney. You will be involved in bored piling, diaphragm walls, anchoring and shoring, with duties spanning rig setup, operation and basic maintenance.

Salary offers up to $65 per hour, plus piling productivity and travel allowances. Redundancy, superannuation, and long-term career opportunities are highlighted, with penalty rates for eligible shifts.

Qualifications

• Solid background in the piling sector.
• Experience operating piling rigs.
• Excellent OH&S record and safe work practices.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Current construction tickets held and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a Piling/Ground Engineering crew.
• Assist with setting up piling rigs and machines.
• Operate piling rigs and related machinery.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and daily checks.
• Support other crew members and report to Site Manager.

About the Roles

We are actively seeking Piling Rig Operators to work on piling and ground engineering projects that include bored piling and diaphragm wall projects. You will also be required to get involved in the anchoring and shoring side of the business.

Piling Rig Operators

• To $65 p/h (Negotiable)

Duties

• Work as part of a Piling/Ground Engineering crew
• Assist with setting up piling rigs and machines
• Operation of Piling Rigs and other associated machinery
• Basic machine maintenance
• Assisting other members of the piling crew
• Reporting to the Site Manager
