Pronto Pilates Richmond in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist to ensure a five-star class experience. The role reports to the Studio Success Manager and is hands-on, overseeing cleanliness, equipment upkeep, stock, vendor coordination, and member engagement.

Flexible 6-10 hours per week, with four set shifts beyond peak hours; contractor role offering $30-40/hour plus incentives, and training provided for the Pilates environment.

Qualifications

• Be meticulous about cleanliness and order.

• Proven reliability in admin or supervisory roles.
• Confident to connect with members and local businesses.
• Applicants who are investors in Pronto Pilates, or related to an investor, are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment.
• Maintaining studio ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and odours.
• Managing stock and coordinating deliveries.
• Troubleshooting the robot vacuum/mop.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for maintenance needs.
• On-call for occasional cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Proactive engagement with members and local business outreach.
• Reporting essential studio stats to the manager.
