RGIT Australia is seeking a motivated Pilates Instructor for a part-time role in Highfields, Queensland. The successful candidate will lead group or private Pilates sessions, ensuring safety and improving clients’ fitness levels while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates Instruction from a recognized program or equivalent
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Additional fitness instruction qualifications are desirable but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Conduct group or individual Pilates classes based on schedules or client appointments
• Instruct participants in proper techniques ensuring safety at all times
• Demonstrate exercises with modifications for different skill levels
• Provide guidance on alignment and breathing during exercises
• Motivate participants with positive reinforcement and feedback
• Monitor progress and adjust routines as needed
• Keep studio space clean and organized before/after sessions
• Stay updated with industry trends via workshops or training
• Build rapport and tailor sessions to client goals
