Pilates 24/7's Brighton studio in Melbourne is seeking a Studio Manager who brings high energy, a natural sales flair and a genuine passion for health and wellness. Responsibilities

• Driving membership growth – following up leads, converting trials, generating new sales.
• Creating an amazing member experience – building genuine relationships and improving retention.
• Leading a small team – coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer service and hit sales targets.
• Managing studio operations – rostering, supervising shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
