Studio Pilates Richmond is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive studio sales and lead local marketing efforts. You will energize clients, promote Pilates memberships and services, and work with the Franchisee to grow the business at the Richmond studio in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in fitness sales, can craft effective sales strategies, and excels at building relationships with community members. Flexible 20–25 hours weekly in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven sales experience in fitness and wellness.
• Ability to promote services by understanding client needs and opportunities.
• Track record of setting targets and KPI achievement.
• Experience in local area marketing and lead generation.
