Sharp & Carter is seeking a permanent, full-time Physiotherapist for an occupational rehabilitation role across West Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. The role blends physiotherapy with workplace health and injury prevention, offering balance and career growth.

You will be AHPRA registered with at least 2 years' experience, and work Monday to Friday with hybrid arrangements and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in MSK or private practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onsite physiotherapy assessments and early intervention support.
• Conduct ergonomic and workplace assessments.
• Complete Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs).
• Perform Job Task Analyses (JTAs).
• Manage workplace injury prevention programs.
• Assist with Return-to-Work planning and injury management.
• Liaise with employers, workers and insurers.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports.
• Promote workplace health and wellbeing initiatives.
