Job summary

Workactive Injury Management & Rehabilitation is seeking a Physiotherapist to support occupational health and workplace injury management across Sydney. The role blends clinical assessment with onsite site work to help workers recover, return to work safely, and prevent injuries.

Applicants should hold a Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration and have strong musculoskeletal and/or sports physiotherapy experience, ideally 5+ years.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
• 5+ years preferred in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
• Interest in injury prevention and occupational health.
• Confident communicator who works with employers and workers onsite.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Early intervention injury management, getting workers the right care quickly after an injury.
• Functional Capacity Assessments and Pre-Employment Screening.
• Onsite physiotherapy services, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention work at client workplaces across Sydney.
• Managing a varied caseload, working closely with employers and treating practitioners.

Workactive provides injury management, rehabilitation and workplace health services to large national clients across logistics, transport, manufacturing and warehousing. Our physiotherapists split their time between clinical assessment and onsite work at client sites, helping workers recover, return to work safely, and avoid injury in the first place.

What you’ll be doing

• Early intervention injury management, getting workers the right care quickly after an injury

About you
