Role Overview:

As the Physiotherapist, you will work in an innovative clinic environment set up and client locations as well as WFH. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, rehabilitation, and effective return-to-work strategies for injured workers. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments on-site for injured workers.
• Develop and implement exercise programs, particularly focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention.

• Work with a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs.

Ideal Candidate:

• FULLAHPRA Registration is essential
  A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience is also acceptable).
• Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; experience in sports physiotherapy is a plus.
• Independent and confident in managing client relations and daily work responsibilities.
• Holder of a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
