Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a growing workplace health service provider. You will deliver 1:1 physiotherapy on-site for injured workers, build exercise programs, and contribute to early return-to-work strategies across multiple locations with occasional WFH days.

Ideal candidates hold full AHPRA registration, have at least 1 year in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and can travel between sites with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• FULL AHPRA Registration is essential.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience acceptable).
• Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; sports physiotherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments on-site for injured workers.
• Develop and implement exercise programs, focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention.
• Collaborate with clients to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives.
• Work with a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations.
