Big Umbrella Recruitment is seeking an Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join the Canberra team. You will manage a caseload across workers' compensation, DVA, and other referrals, delivering initial, workplace, functional and ergonomic assessments.

This role offers hybrid work from home, flexible hours, and potential bonuses plus relocation support. Ideal candidates are AHPRA-registered and collaborative, with a focus on returning clients to work, health

Formación

• AHPRA-registered professionals in OT, physiotherapy or exercise physiology.
• 1 year+ workplace rehab experience is valuable; graduates welcome.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients across WC, DVA, CTP and non-compensable referrals.
• Perform initial, workplace, functional and ergonomic assessments.
• Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to develop RTW plans.
• Build strong relationships and generate repeat referrals.
• Travel to client sites when needed and provide coaching to teammates.

Opportunity for an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join the Canberra team is on offer.

The Role

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients - moderately sized to allow you to focus on quality
• Work across Workers' Compensation, DVA, CTP, Life Insurance & non-compensable referrals
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
• Build strong relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Work towards reasonable targets that are tailored to your experience level - no full caseloads for new Consultants!
• Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible
• Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants), in line with your skills & areas of interest

The Ideal Candidate

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehab or Clinical experience valuable - graduates warmly welcomed to apply
• A team player, you enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Motivated to help clients return to work, health & function
• Driver's licence
