Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a compassionate Physiotherapist to deliver patient-centred physiotherapy services across our aged care residents. You will assess, plan and implement treatment programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence.

Ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice are encouraged within a supportive leadership culture. Eligibility to work full time is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Holds a physiotherapy degree and AHPRA registration.
• Experience delivering physiotherapy across multiple clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Values collaboration and contributes to a positive team culture.
• Eligible to work full time; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
• Assess, plan and implement treatment programs to restore function and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients, families and carers on injury prevention and self-management.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with standards.
