Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Full Time Physiotherapist to join our Leeton Facility, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to residents. The role is 76 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, within a not-for-profit aged care provider focused on meaningful care and staff development.

You will assess and treat patients, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support evidence-based practice while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA (new graduates welcome).
• Experience delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with patients, families and teams.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Values collaboration and contributes to a positive team culture.
• Eligibility to work full time (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to restore function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Educate patients, families and carers on injury prevention and self-management.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with standards.
