Job summary

Australian Health Professionals is seeking Physiotherapists to join our NSW team across full-time and other flexible opportunities, with an initial focus on aged care. You'll deliver high-quality clinical services in supported settings and have the chance to build a long-term career within a national multidisciplinary allied health organisation.

As part of the role, you will assess mobility, develop treatment plans, work with clients, families and care teams, and strive for better health

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA in Australia.
• Experience in aged care or community health is desirable.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans for aged care clients.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with clients, families, care teams and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to care planning and outcomes measurement.
• Support a wide range of care settings across the health network.
