Job summary

Uniting is seeking a compassionate physiotherapist to deliver in-home, evidence-based care for older adults in the Western Sydney area. You will assess needs, design personalized mobility plans and work with families and the Home and Community Care team to achieve goals.

You’ll provide reports, monitor progress and help clients stay mobile and connected to their communities with autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with NSW Physiotherapy Board.
• Clinical experience with older adults and chronic/complex needs.
• Own vehicle and driver’s license.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and prepare timely reports.
• Develop tailored strength, balance and mobility programs.
• Assess equipment needs and provide practical recommendations.
• Deliver, monitor and review individual exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clients, families and Home and Community Care teams.
