Job summary

Better Rehab in Sydney seeks Physiotherapist to join a clinician-led team offering flexible, outcomes-focused care. You’ll design your diary with work-from-home options and receive customised supervision to support your development.

Based at Macquarie Park, you’ll work across community, clinics, and home settings with a diverse caseload and a multidisciplinary team, backed by 1:1 supervision and monthly group sessions, helping NDIs progress and achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration.
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• 2 to 5 years post grad experience.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across varied caseload and settings.
• Collaborate across homes, clinics, and community settings to build long-term relationships.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and ongoing development.
• Be part of a 16-clinician Macquarie Park team with supervision and leadership support.

What You’ll Do

Based in our Macquarie Park office, you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Our Macquarie Park office has a team of 16 clinicians with a make up of:

• 7 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.
