Job summary

Aesop is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant for our Sydney flagship to drive growth with SME customers. You will call existing portfolios, identify needs and close opportunities in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Join a high-performing team with hybrid flexibility (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and a competitive package of $65k-$75k plus super and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre sales or account management.
• Confident and engaging telephone manner.
• Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets.
• Resilient, motivated and commercially minded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing SME customers.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Drive customer retention and revenue growth.
• Achieve individual sales and activity targets.
• Manage customer information and activity through CRM.
• Handle objections and confidently close sales.
