Job summary

Cummins Asia Pacific in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a Phase Leader to join the Master Rebuild Centre. You will coach and develop technicians and trade assistants, driving performance and adherence to safety standards in a hands-on, on-site environment.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, maintaining KPIs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end processes in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant Mechanical Qualification is required.
• Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
• Experience in team supervisory capacity is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and complete required documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and trade assistants.
• Ensure the team achieves KPI targets to deliver results.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
