Cummins Asia Pacific in Brisbane, QLD is seeking a Phase Leader to join the Master Rebuild Centre. You will coach and develop technicians and trade assistants, driving performance and adherence to safety standards in a hands-on, on-site environment.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, maintaining KPIs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end processes in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant Mechanical Qualification is required.
• Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
• Experience in team supervisory capacity is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment.

Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Phase Leader to join our growing Master Rebuild Centre team in Brisbane, QLD. You will work closely with the technicians and trade assistants, coaching and developing their skills.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
