Job summary

Z Software, a Sydney-based provider of dispensing and point-of-sale software, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in the Australian pharmacy sector. You will own prospecting, discovery, pipeline development, proposals and close, building trusted relationships with pharmacy owners and decision-makers.

As a commercially driven sales hunter, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to sales and marketing

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling into the Australian pharmacy sector.
• Demonstrated experience in business development or B2B software sales.
• Track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confident engaging with pharmacy owners, operators and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress new business opportunities across the Australian pharmacy market.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with sales strategy and priorities.
• Generate opportunities through outbound activity, referrals and campaigns.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand workflows and pain points.
• Deliver product demonstrations that show value and outcomes.
• Own opportunities through the full sales cycle to close deals.
