Qualifications

• Proven track record selling into the Australian pharmacy sector.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Strong consultative selling and value-led communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress new business opportunities in the Australian pharmacy market.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with sales strategy and priorities.
• Generate opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and decision processes.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations connecting capabilities to customer value.
• Own opportunities through qualification, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Prepare proposals within pricing and governance frameworks.
• Maintain CRM records for pipeline visibility and forecasting.
• Provide updates on pipeline health, risks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Account Managers, Implementation, Product, Support and Marketing.
• Share market feedback to strengthen sales and product strategy.
