Priceline Pharmacy Marsden Park is seeking an experienced Retail Manager on a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave from March 2027 to March 2028. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, manage staff and ensure exceptional customer service across our Marsden Park store.

• Proven retail management experience, ideally within a pharmacy or retail setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to reach business goals.
• Outstanding customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management and store profitability.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
• Available to commit to a 5 day a week roster for full 12 month contract period (night/weekend shifts possible).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach staff to achieve daily sales targets and service standards.
• Oversee roster, inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales growth, monitor KPIs and help manage store budgets.
• Maintain high customer service standards and professionally resolve feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Priceline standards, health, safety and loss prevention.
