Job summary

Star Discount Chemist Marion is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding healthcare services. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with full-time hours, including every second Saturday. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive clinical services to enhance community health.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
Proven experience in pharmacy management or leadership.
Willingness to obtain Police Check and Working with Children Check.
Vaccination accreditation and commitment to community health.
Available to work every 2nd weekend.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists, technicians, and retail staff.
Drive professional services, community engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, stock control, and store performance to achieve KPIs.
Ensure full compliance with QCPP and 8CPA professional service standards.
Provide high-quality patient care through clinical advice, dispensing, and medication reviews.
