DBG Health Pty, a leading healthcare group in Melbourne, seeks a Pharmacy Support Specialist to engage pharmacy customers, educate staff on PharmaPrograms, and manage CRM records. You will collaborate with pharmacists, dietitians and nurses to optimise program delivery and remuneration within a dynamic team.

The role reports to the PharmaPrograms General Manager and is based in Richmond, offering a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment in a regulated healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Registered Pharmacist with current AHPRA registration.
• Pharmacy Assistant with Certificate II/III/IV in Community Pharmacy.
• Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Confident engaging with pharmacists and pharmacy teams, with ability to educate and build relationships.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Mansioni

• Engage with pharmacy customers via outbound calls and emails to raise awareness and participation in PharmaPrograms initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and program participation.
• Educate and train pharmacists on program requirements, patient enrolment and claiming processes to maximise professional service remuneration.
• Manage program enrolments and maintain accurate pharmacy and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
• Provide responsive and professional support to pharmacies, healthcare professionals and other customers by phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy customers, resolving queries and complaints while delivering high-quality service.
• Monitor pharmacy engagement, gather customer feedback and share insights with sales, product and program teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and work with internal stakeholders to implement efficiencies.
• Meet agreed activity, engagement and customer service KPIs with accurate records of interactions.
