Job summary

DBG Health, via PharmaPrograms, seeks a Pro Field Trainer to drive platform adoption and deliver engaging training across NSW with occasional ACT travel. You will conduct product sessions, support sales initiatives and cultivate strong pharmacy partnerships to ensure ongoing platform use and customer success.

The role collaborates with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support teams, contributing to growth targets and delivering a positive customer experience across the pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, field training or customer-facing roles.
• Pharmacy/healthcare knowledge advantageous.
• Willingness to travel NSW/ACT.
• Bachelor’s in Business or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training, demonstrations and onboarding to pharmacy teams.
• Drive adoption of PharmaPrograms Pro platform with engaging sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and partners.
• Follow up leads and enquiries to support sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline and performance reporting.
