Job summary

DBG Health seeks a PharmaPrograms Pro Field Trainer to join the team for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on, customer-facing role covers NSW with travel to ACT, delivering engaging product training and driving platform adoption among pharmacy teams.

You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience, supporting growth across PharmaPrograms Pro.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or field training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the state.

Responsibilities

• Support sales strategies to drive adoption of PharmaPrograms Pro.
• Deliver product training and onboarding to pharmacy teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and partners.
• Proactively follow up leads and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline tracking and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
