Orchid Plaza Pharmacy in Cairns is seeking an outstanding managing partner to join our leadership group. This is a rare opportunity to own a stake in a new store, with a structured pathway to partnership and full-scope training across clinical, commercial and leadership domains.

You will lead a small team, own the financials, and drive growth through B2B services with aged care facilities and medical practices. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in pharmacy operations.
• Ability to own and drive store profitability and growth.
• Experience expanding business to B2B clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 8–10 staff and manage daily operations.
• Own the P&L: GP, wages, stock turns, and service revenue.
• Develop and expand contracts with aged care facilities, clinics and corporate clients.
