Job summary

Prodigy People is seeking a Group Pharmacy Manager to lead a large Australian pharmacy network. This role involves significant travel, delivering the vision through regular training and development, and driving performance across sites.

You will work closely with Pharmacy Managers, focusing on customer needs, data-driven decision making, and process improvements to meet metrics in a dynamic, leader-led environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and current unrestricted General Pharmacy Registration with AHPRA.
• Extensive Pharmacy Management experience essential, ideally multisite.
• Strong leadership and operational experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with customer focus.
• Strong financial acumen, data driven, with ability to develop & deliver effective business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network vision for the pharmacies through training and development.

• Drive brand activity and leverage technology and services.

The Role

Working collaboratively for the network partners, the Group Pharmacy Manager is a key leadership and operational management role and requires significant travel. You will deliver their vision for the pharmacies through regular training and development, fostering team collaboration, driving brand activity, and leveraging our technology and services. Staying customer-focused and data-driven, you will support the pharmacies by working closely with the Pharmacy Managers and leaders, identifying and implementing improved processes to meet performance metrics.

Skills and experience
