Job summary

Rockhampton Pharmacy is seeking a Managing Pharmacist Partner to establish and grow a brand-new pharmacy in Rockhampton, Queensland. This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to enter a partnership without upfront capital and take ownership in day-to-day operations of the dispensary and retail store.

The partner will work closely with experienced owners to build a high-performing pharmacy focused on patient care, customer service and sustainable growth, while sharing in the day-to-day

Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA registration and is eligible to practise in Queensland.
• Has pharmacy management or leadership experience.
• Is confident managing both dispensary and retail operations.
• Has strong commercial awareness and understands pharmacy KPIs.
• Is an effective leader who can motivate and develop a team.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall oversight and day-to-day management of the pharmacy and dispensary.
• Managing, mentoring and supporting pharmacy staff.

• Inventory and stock management, including purchasing and stock control.

The Opportunity

As Managing Pharmacist Partner, you will work closely with the experienced pharmacy business owners and management team to establish and grow a high-performing pharmacy focused on exceptional patient care, strong customer service and sustainable business growth.

This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work alongside experienced pharmacy operators, gaining valuable insight, guidance and support while helping to establish and grow the pharmacy.

No upfront capital or investment is required for the partnership.

The successful partner will, however, be expected to make a genuine commitment to the day-to-day operation and management of the pharmacy and take ownership of the responsibilities associated with running a successful pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

About You

We are looking for a pharmacist who:
