Job summary

Rainbow Health Pharmacy in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking a Managing Pharmacist on a full-time basis to lead all dispensary and retail operations. You will be the incoming partner with ongoing mentorship from the current owner and focused on building a long-term equity partnership.

You will drive professional services, maintain QCPP accreditation, and operate with visibility to the P&L and commercial mechanics of ownership, with qualification and commitment to ownership milestones.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (general).
• A genuine drive to own and run a pharmacy full time.
• Vaccination credentials, including current immunisation accreditation, anaphylaxis and CPR currency.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dispensary and retail operations on a full-time basis.
• Maintain compliance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia, Poisons Standard and local legislation.
