Job summary

Galderma ANZ seeks a dedicated Key Account Manager for the Pharmacy team in North Sydney. This permanent, full-time role includes one day per week from home and focuses on developing and implementing integrated activations to drive year-on-year growth with dermatology brands in the pharmacy channel.

You will forecast for customers, negotiate terms, manage trade spend, and monitor KPI performance. Collaboration with brand and analytics teams will optimize campaigns and account execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years Key Account Management experience in FMCG/pharma.
• Health & Beauty, pharmacy or grocery channel experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Circana and IQVIA databases.
• P&L management at customer level is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales growth and manage trade spend for assigned customers.
• Own customer forecasting and propose required investments.
• Negotiate & establish account terms and ensure compliance.
• Provide performance updates vs KPI’s (scan results, IMS, ex-factory).
• Monitor inventory and manage promotional effectiveness with analytics.
